It is sometimes possible to cancel orders of connectors and accessories if you act quickly.

Unfortunately our profile and custom builds are put in to production very quickly meaning material is already being cut and machined for you straight away. Because of this once an order is placed it can no longer be cancelled.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

If everything is in stock we advise the following lead times before dispatch.

Connectors & accessories: 24 hours

Aluminium Profile: 2-4 business days

Carts, Sims & Custom Builds: 5-10 business days

Standard shipping normally takes 2-4 days.

All are builds are customisable. Simply get in touch with your requirements and we will do the rest.

If you are ordering a custom version of one of our products we aim to dispatch in line with our standard lead times.

For a one off build lead times can be longer depending on the scale of the build.
